The team here at the salon, will allow you time and space to savor your treatment, whilst adding conversation, perhaps a glass of wine as well as a few giggles!

For our Guests and staff we have established the following policies:

1. Cancellations: At least 24 hours notice is required or a full charge will apply. Gift vouchers are voided if appointments are missed.
2. All treatments over one and a half hours, must be secured with a Credit Card.
3. Late Arrivals. If you are late for your appointment, your treatment will be shortened or cancelled to allow us to keep to our schedule. The usual fee for the treatment will still apply.
4. Children. We love children here at The English Rose, but all children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult and booked by appointment only. Children are not allowed at any time in the beauty area. No exceptions. If service must be rescheduled at time of appointment, full charges will apply.
5. Please switch off all mobile phones while in the Salon.
6. Prices are subject to change without notice.
7. We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone.
8. Gift Certificates: if lost, stolen or destroyed cannot be replaced.
9. From January 1st 2006 ALL Credit Card payments will incur a 2% handling fee.
